European Floral Design Acadamy

'EFDA'

The European Floral Design Academy is a body of Stoas University of Applied Sciences and Teacher Education. This University offers almost 800 Dutch students a wide range of courses to become a teacher, trainer or consultant in the green sector.

EFDA's core business consists of varied professional training courses on different levels. Often these courses are tailor made and in co-operation translated in high quality courses fit to our client's wishes.

EFDA is a solid and reliable organization with an extensive global network. We work closely together with educational institutions. Prominent colleagues are regularly involved in our international projects. For support of all kind EFDA can call upon the services of Stoas University and its expert staff.

Our clients come from all over the world, from schools, companies, associations or individuals.

Dutch training location

An important part of EFDA's activities is carried out and monitored in the Dutch city 's-Hertogenbosch, also know as Den Bosch. A well-equipped Floral Design classroom with audiovisual facilities and a large exhibition space are available.

Successes
In its short period of existence, EFDA has already been highly successful. Over one thousand students outside The Netherlands have gained an official VBW certificate. Zones of groups have been EFDA's guests in the Netherlands or have attended training courses, workshops and demonstrations provided by EFDA in the home country such as Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
